Guarantee and Returns
If remote control(RC) is not working with your electronics device you may return your order provided that the RCs which you wish to return are received by us no later than 14 days from the date of your receipt. You also have 12 months guarantee. We will refund your purchase provided that the RCs was purchased on remote4universal.com, and that the RCs is returned in the same condition it was in upon your receipt. This means the RCs must not have been damaged.
Please note that the return shipment needs to be handled and paid for by yourself. If we determine that the return is due to a mistake made by us, the delivery cost will be refunded. In this case we will pay the delivery cost to you by PayPal/Fondy. Please note that we only accept prepaid returns, we do not accept returns that are cash on delivery.
PayPal/Fondy will protect your financial details, and they will only withdraw money when you make a payment. You can use Visa or Mastercard to pay through PayPal/Fondy system.
After completing your order you should choose your best match way to deliver your items. You will be shown different ways of delivery, depends on delivery time, tracking number availability, price.
Please NOTE! If you choose delivery without tracking number(Is tracked=No), we can provide information that the parcel was shipped from our warehouse, but we will not refund money if the parcel was not delivered to you.

If you decide to return the remote control, you can fill the form or send the email email@example.com and we will give you all the information how to send it back or keep it.
We initiate refund via PayPal/Fondy immediately after receiving RC back. Refund process needs several days but in some cases can lasts up to 14 days.
We don't refund money in these cases:
-delivery without tracking and we didn't receive RC back
-wear caused by normal use
-improper usage or storage
-spilled liquid on the remote control
